About Us

Find Senior Care in West Palm Beach

Here at Florida Senior Care Network our mission is to simplify the search process, ensuring seniors receive the right level of care tailored to their unique needs.

Having worked at the large senior living communities as well as the national referral agencies, we have some insight as to their inner workings.

Available Communities

We list all the licensed communities and home care agencies in the area.

Many advisory organizations (referral services; directories) partner with senior living communities that agree to pay them a move in fee and home care agencies that pay for referrals. That move in fee is usually between 85% to 120%.

This limits your options. If you inquire about a non-partnered community, they may either redirect you to communities they are partnered with or tell you to contact the community directly. We never charge a move in fee.  Any licensed community or home care agency can have a free or paid listing on our site.

No Hassle / No Harassment

When you use a referral service, your information is often sent to multiple communities and agencies, leading to unsolicited calls and emails. This can increase the stress of an already challenging process.

With our service you choose the communities you think would be a good fit and you contact them and share your information when you are ready to do so.  This reduces unwanted communications, ensuring a calmer, more peaceful experience.

Savings

While referral agencies may seem like a cost-free option, they can end up costing you more. Many senior living communities offer incentives, such as waived community fees or free rent, to attract new residents.

However, when you use a referral service, the move-in fee paid to the agency can take the place of such incentives. We don’t receive move in fees from communities, meaning you can you access these incentives and potentially save you more money.

Reputation and Quality

In Florida, the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) oversees the licensing and regulation of assisted living facilities (ALFs), memory care, and skilled nursing facilities and home care/home health. Operating without a license can result in fines, legal action, and facility closure. Always choose a licensed provider to ensure compliance with safety and care standards.
